Managing Director of Frans-Berg Services Limited, Dr. Francis Chukwuma Eke, has urged Nigerians in the diaspora and other investors to bring their capital home and invest in Enugu state as well as the South East zone, saying collective investment is critical to the state’s and zone’s development.
Eke, a Medical Doctor -turned property developer, made the call while speaking at the first anniversary celebration of Frans-Berg Services Limited, a real estate and construction company, held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 in Enugu .

According to him, investment in property and other productive sectors would not only provide opportunities for investors but also contribute to job creation, economic growth and the physical development of Enugu State.
The Managing Director said Frans-Berg Services Limited was established with a vision to make a meaningful impact in the real estate and construction sector by providing quality services and creating lasting value for its clients.
He expressed appreciation to the company’s clients, partners, staff and other stakeholders for their support and confidence in the organisation during its first year of operation.

In a welcome address,, the Manager of Frans-Berg Services Limited, Amaizu Praise Chionye, described the first anniversary as a celebration of the company’s vision, resilience, growth, teamwork and the confidence reposed in it by its clients and partners.
Chionye said the company’s first year had been characterised by growth, challenges, valuable lessons and determination to move forward.
She commended the Managing Director for his leadership, vision, commitment and dedication to building a company founded on excellence.
She also appreciated the company’s clients and partners for their trust, patronage, referrals and continued support, noting that their relationships had been essential to Frans-Berg’s growth.
The manager equally commended members of staff for their hard work and commitment, stressing that the achievements recorded by the company were products of collective effort.
