Tinubu, Adeleke meet behind closed doors

President Bola Tinubu on Thursday received Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, days after Adeleke’s re-election in the state governorship election.
Adeleke arrived at the Villa at about 5:25pm in a navy-blue traditional outfit, accompanied by the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu.
The meeting, held behind closed doors, marked Adeleke’s first known meeting with Tinubu since his victory in last Saturday’s governorship poll.
The governor’s visit came days after Tinubu personally congratulated him on his re-election, describing the outcome as an assurance that democracy would continue to flourish in Nigeria.
