Enugu state 2025 Public/Civil Service Week celebration, will commence tomorrow, Monday, 17 November with a free Health/Medical Outreach to be held at the State secretariat Auditorium, Enugu
Statement made available to Newsmen by the Head of Service,Enugu state, Dr. Godwin Anigbo, on Sunday in Enugu said the free Medical outreach will commence at 9:00am and close at 5:00pm.
According to him, over 20 Health experts including Doctors, Nurses, Laboratory Scientists and Pharmacist will be at the free health / medical outreach to attend to patients and give free treatment.

He disclosed that there will be rapid test kits for prostate and blood sugar, adding that free drugs will be available for treatment of High BP, High sugar level, worm infections, malaria, typhoid, and all manner of infections., courtesy ,the state governor, Dr. Peter Mbah who approved free supply of drugs for the free health/ medical outreach.
He also said that counselling will be given to pregnant women and those with infertility issues. There will also be free Blood Pressure, pulse and temperature check.
Anigbo announced that the one week program with the theme,” Leveraging technology for a Smart and agile public service”,will last between 17th and 22nd November,2025.
Other activities for the Public/Civil service week are media/ courtesy visit, public lecture , cultural dance, match past, visit to orphanage homes and thanksgiving mass at Holy Trinity parish, Independence layout,Enugu.

The head of service. had in a statement earlier made available to the state workers stated that participation in the 2025 Enugu is mandatory for all the Civil Servants in the Enugu state government.without exception
