According to him, the administration has delivered visible projects across the 260 political wards in the state, including Smart Schools, Type-2 Primary Healthcare Centres and road infrastructure linking the facilities.
He added that major projects such as the International Hospital, the renovation of Hotel Presidential, revival of the Aluminium Smelting Company, expansion of tourism infrastructure and the launch of Enugu Air demonstrate the administration’s commitment to economic transformation.
He maintained that the governor’s alignment with the Federal Government had opened new opportunities for Enugu, citing improved federal road projects and Mbah’s appointment to chair a national committee on the revitalisation of Nigeria’s security infrastructure.
He also dismissed concerns over security, describing Enugu as one of the safest states in Nigeria. He said the government had invested heavily in technology-driven security through a Command and Control Centre, surveillance drones, security cameras and the Enugu State Security Trust Fund.
The Special Adviser cited instances where surveillance technology helped security agencies track suspects involved in vehicle theft and recover evidence in other criminal incidents.
He said the administration had successfully ended the disruptive Monday sit-at-home order, noting that the state had enjoyed uninterrupted economic and social activities on Mondays over the past three years.

Hon. Anioma
On preparations for the 2027 elections, Anioma said the APC would strictly comply with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) timetable, with presidential campaigns expected to commence in August and governorship campaigns in September.
He expressed confidence that the campaigns in Enugu would be peaceful, adding that Governor Mbah would present his administration’s scorecard to the people while seeking a renewed mandate to complete ongoing projects.
Anioma appealed to residents, particularly youths, to shun political violence and avoid being used by politicians. Instead, he urged voters to assess candidates based on their track records and achievements.
“I appeal to the people of Enugu State to continue supporting Governor Peter Mbah, support the APC and vote for all the party’s candidates. Enugu will continue to be great. As we always say, our tomorrow is here,” he said.
