Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC) will on Wednesday, June 3, hold a town hall and stakeholders’ engagement in Enugu as part of its nationwide tour aimed at improving Nigeria’s business climate and strengthening collaboration between the public and private sectors.
The event, scheduled for 12 noon at Hotel Presidential, Enugu, will bring together government officials, business owners, investors, industry leaders, professional bodies and development partners to discuss challenges affecting the ease of doing business and investment growth in the state.
According to a statement by the Enugu State Ministry of Trade, Investment and Industry, discussions will focus on identifying bottlenecks to business growth, assessing progress on ongoing reforms under the Ease of Doing Business and SABER programmes, gathering stakeholder feedback, and exploring practical solutions to attract investment.
The ministry urged heads of ministries, departments and agencies, members of the organised private sector and other stakeholders to participate actively, noting that their contributions would help shape policies that support enterprise development and economic growth in the state.
Stakeholders have also been encouraged to register ahead of the event to facilitate planning and ensure effective participation.
